quality built vessel.

\"New Horizon\" is a nice example of a Niagara 31 built by Hinterhoeller and designed by German Frers. She is a quality built, comfortable sailing boat with a modern fin keel and semibalanced rudder. She has a dinette table to port that makes into a double berth with storage underneath and above. A single settee is to starboard, also with storage underneath and above. The head is forward with a teak grating over the shower sump. Opposite of the head is a hanging locker and forward of the head is a cabin with a double vee berth. The cockpit is supplied with seat cushions, wheel steering and lockers port and starboard. There is a seperate propane locker aft.
