Oc42-Ocean Cruising Built By Hank Hinckley - Wonderful Opportunity
YEAH! A GREAT PRICE REDUCTION JUST AT BOAT SHOW TIME IN ANNAPOLIS! There are boats that will never go out of style, just because they are beautiful and they always do what their original design intent meant them to do. Fads come and go, most boats being built today become out dated the next year, or they fall apart because they ain\'t got what it takes. Our offering is a 1985 Ocean Cruising Yacht OC42, a sailing classic built Hank Hinckley. She is a big sister to the OC40, with just a little more free board, water line, volume and sail area. She is truly a hand crafted yacht built in days of yore with the finest materials by some of the very best craftsmen that America had to offer. If the sheer line of Bill Tripp\'s Bermuda 40, or the Alden designed 44/46, or the M/Rs Southwester 42 spins your wheels, then here you go. Osprey combines the best of those yachts just mentioned, with her aft cockpit, long over hangs, classic lines, fixed keel and powerful sail plan. The line of sight from her helm makes sail trim easy as does, the 6 stainless steel self tailing winches. Her interior offers her owners a \"yacht\" feel. Osprey is world capable and ready to enjoy. She is restored in classic tradition to be as beautiful as the day she was launched. All photos are very recent. She sits on the hard in Downtown Annapolis for easy viewing.
