This is a truly restored vessel from her engines to her deck planking. She was re-planked, new frames and bulkheads, engine rebuilt, running gear replaced etc. She also comes with a float on trailer.

This 1950 Jersey Speed Skiff has had an ample amount of love over the years and her current owner kicked up her restoration a couple of notches. Rebuild of the hull started with 12 new white oak frames, new engine stringers, floor frames, bulkheads and rubrails. She was replanked with 1-1/4 white cedar and refastended with copper rivets. Her new mahogany decks shine with fine varnish work.

Her engine is a 1964 GM block rebuilt by a \"real deal\" marine mechanic is a 283 cubic inch V-8 fresh water cooled offering 185 HP. The fuel tank is galvanized steel and was replaced by her prior owner and is approximately 25 gallons. Cutlass bearing was replaced recently.

Her rack and pinnion steering system is all brass as is her steering wheel and she even has a foot gas pedal. Much of the hardware was manufactured by Dammer of New Jersey.  All of her deck hardware has been re-chromed, seats and cushions re-done and she comes with a lighted flag staff. Her mooring cover was replaced about three years ago.
