\"R-Cabana III\" has only 2,100 original hours on her.  She has enjoyed the benefit of one owner and captian since new.  She has been continously well maintained and upgraded as you would expect from a yacht of this caliber.

The Ultimate in Luxury.  Highly desirable Skylounge model. The layout on deck consists of a full beam width main salon with separate dining area, a large galley forward with country kitchen style dining area, and day head. Midship stairs lead up to the upper helm area and upper salon (fully enclosed and air conditioned).  Large sliding glass doors in the main salon lead to the aft deck area with dining table, chairs and aft deck refrigerator.  Large sliding glass doors in upper salon lead to upper aft deck with couch, chairs, table, grill, and refrigerator. The 14.5\' Novurania tender is stored here while underway but can be lowered to create additional sunning area. Aft deck stairs lead down to the swim platform, hydraulic tender lift, jet-ski storage pods and engine room.

The layout on the lower deck consists of three staterooms amidships with ensuite heads and showers and two staterooms forward with ensuite heads and showers.

The Lazzara 80SC has outstanding performance with the Caterpillar 1550 HP engines, Trac stabilizers with the latest upgraded circuitry, and a very desirable 4\' 6\" draft.

R-Cabana III has never left the U.S. . Only used for intercoastal pleasure cruises. Only 2100 original hours since new with the Original Owner and Captain.
