Cheoy Lee 42 Clipper

The Cheoy Lee Clipper 42 is a Cruising Yacht of high quality and construction, with a very husky fiberglass hull and excellent craftsmanship as noted by her beautiful Burma Teak trim and interior joinery work. This particular 42 was featured on the cover of Cruising World magazine while in Europe with her original owner. She is currently on the hard and her Hull, Bottom and Decks are in the process of being painted with Awlgrip. (Please see pictures in full specs) In 2011 her bottom was sandblasted and 3 coats of barrier coat were applied.  She is in extremely nice condition both inside and out. In addition, she was repowered in 2009 with a 55hp Yanmar diesel to include a new Exhaust System, new 1 1/4\" Shaft and new Cutlass Bearing. She is a classic yacht that has received the best in care and she has wonderful sailing characteristics. A true gem! Nice selection of sails, great rigging! This is going to be a fantastic deal for those who appreciate what she is.

Forward, you will find a very large V-Berth which would be considered the master. There are two hanging lockers which provide good storage. The sink and head were removed to provide additional storage. In the aft cabin area you will find separate berths both port and starboard with doors on either side which allow the areas to be closed off. The head is aft. The galley is found on the starboard side opposite of the salon table with her U-shaped seating. She has a nice flow and a functional layout.
