The boat was surveyed at $125,000 with a replacement cost of $980,000. The stringers and transom have been core sampled and tested solid. This yacht is from TN and has been in fresh water under a covered slip its entire life.

When it was hauled recently, it received new bottom paint, fresh detail, engine and generator tune up, all fittings, propellers, shafts, rudders and running gear were inspected and in great shape.
