J. FRANZ is a 30´ Lyman Express Cruiser which has had above average care from her present owner since 2007. He has lovingly maintained her cosmetically and mechanically. Please note that she was repowered in 2000 with Twin Chrysler 318’s. These engines have less than 500 hours on them. • Hull was glued with 5200 bedding, so owner reports no leaks.

• 2000 Twin Chrysler LM318 gasoline inboards, V-8, 260 hp, FWC.
• FWC system installed in 2008.
• Approximately 408 engine hours.
• Cruising speed: Approximately 15 @ 2500 RPM.
• Velvet Drive AS1-71C 1:1 reduction gears.
• Morse cable steering.
• 2 bronze four bladed 14 x 11 propellers, port prop reconditioned.

ACCOMMODATIONS:

• For six.
• Vee berth forward.
• Next aft is a convertible dinette to port with storage under.
• Opposite to starboard are upper and lower berths with more storage under lower bunk.
• Further aft is an enclosed head to starboard with Jabsco manual head, and sink.
• Interior is very well finished in satin varnish brightwork.
• Next to port is the galley with sink, 12V refrigerator, and storage lockers.
• There are also two hanging lockers, a blue carpet below, and a pleasing, attractive, interior finish.

ELECTRONICS:

• 2008 Garmin GPS-Map 545 plotter.
• 4” Danforth compass.

• Atwood 6 gallon hot water heater (not operational).
• New Delta plow anchor with 40\' chain and 100\' nylon rode.
