This Miller 28 is one to see.  Built in \'74 by Earl Miller Marine Construction of Mercer Island, WA based on a design by Bill Buchan.  The third owner acquired her in 2006 and lovingly invested over $50K in restoration and improvements including a Yanmar diesel engine, a tall dodger with Isinglass, Jabsco head, Wallas cooktop / heater, custom galley table / upholstery and a new prop. The investment shows and is your gain in owning this classic vessel at a reasonable cost.
