The SISU 30 is a Royal Lowell design, incorporating all the best features of the renowned \'lobsterboat\' hull, yet building in the finest accommodations and \'creature comforts\' possible in a boat of these dimensions.  These boats are perfectly seaworthy, provide an easy dry \'entry\' into a sea, and offer excellent stability in all conditions.  The flybridge blends into the lines, and of course raises the height of eye dramatically, allowing for early recognition of hazards, or conditions to be aware of.  The Lady Leanne is the best equipped Sisu 30 we have encountered in the many years dealing with these boats.  Rarely in a boat this size do you find a diesel generator, large comfortable salon, galley down with a stove, microwave and larger-than-usual refrigerator, coupled with a large, comfortable upholstered V-berth, and an absolutely huge enclosed head and shower.  The workmanship is totally top drawer, with exceptional fit and finish evident throughout.  For the fisherman, the gin pole and wide tuna door, plus the exterior sink and bait prep area, are a dream come true!  The powerful, efficient and durable Caterpillar 3208 will propel this boat for the next couple of decades without major issues, we would suggest, and the bilges are completely gelcoated.  To duplicate this boat today, in the equivalent of 1986 dollars, would easily exceed $350,000!

Now for the flip side.  This boat needs a lot of cosmetics to restore it to it\'s original glory.  The hull gelcoat is fading, and the topsides need painting.  All the teak appears in excellent condition, but many hours will be required to make it sparkle...although it will, to be sure.  If you\'re up for a project, and want to finish up with an absolute showpiece on the water, this is the boat for you!

• Power is by a 3208 Caterpillar diesel, (300 horse power, 2000 hrs)
