Very motivated seller!

This \"Fresh Water\" boat is ready for new adventures. She is equipped for high performance cruising. The combination of outstanding sail power and ease of handling translates into seemingly effortless speed.  She is easily sailed by a short-handed crew or has the deck space for a full blown family outing.   She is very roomy and airy below decks.  Quality shines throughout this two stateroom “Blue Water” cruiser. There is large master stateroom aft with an ensuite head with vanity.  A guest stateroom forward features bunk beds within close proximity to the forward head with separate shower. The exterior teak was stripped and varnished with 7 coats of Epifane varnish in the winter of \'15.  Did I mention \"Very motivated seller\"!
