Comfortable cabin cruiser that sleeps four with several upgrades over the past few years and equipped with an airconditioner,  enclosed head and an abundance of water toys.  She also comes with a  like new 2009 aluminum trailer that has never been in saltwater. Boat and trailer always kept in dry storage.

The cockpit is fairly spacious with a portside aft bench seat next to the walkthru to the swim platform.  At the helm are twin back to back seats for four that fold down into a lounge.  Entry to the cabin is via portside lucite folding door. The helm station has a 15\" stainless steel wheel, compass and depth gauge along with marine radio and fishfinder.

As you enter the cabin, the galley is to port and contains a molded sink, under counter Norcold Tek II refrigerator with ice maker, portable Galanz microwave, Kitchen Gourmet toaster oven and storage under the counter. Headroom at the galley is 5\'8\" and slopes down toward the bow.

There are facing seating with dinette table that converts to a 6\'4\" long V-Berth. There are storage shelves above the berth and ample storage beneath. Next to the companionway is a tuck berth that is approx. 5\' wide and runs the width of the boat, with a privacy curtain and opening window under the aft helm seats. All windows have curtains.

The head compartment is across from the galley. There is a 9\" round stainless steel sink, bulkhead 7\' X 2\' mirror and Thetford 775 porta potti M.S.D. (Piping is in place to hook up to porta Potti tank for discharge).
