Perfection Presto

\"Osprey\" is a PRESTO design Ketch, shoal draft with centerboard. She was built by Perfection Industries, Fort Lauderdale, FL in 1982 from a design by William Munroe along the lines of his grandfather\'s famous Presto sailboats. These boats were designed as fast cargo and pleasure boats for the shallow waters of the Keys and Bahamas.

She has a roomy, spacious cabin, good ventilation, lots of dry storage, carries lots of people when Day Sailing and has had many compliments on her classic, eye pleasing lines. She has taken her owners to Maine and the Bahamas for many days, weeks and months of cruising.

\"Osprey\" is well set up for live-aboard for two and will cruise comfortably with four on extended trips. The full width cabin house makes this and unusually spacious and airy boat for her size. Ventilation is very good. Below she is primarily white enamel with extensive mahogany trim. the galley counters are stainless steel and the cabin sole is teak. There is 6\'4\" headroom in cabin.

The settee and dinette area easily seat six. A trawler oil lamp hangs over the dining table. A large icebox holds 200lbs + of block ice. The box has 5 inches of insulation and the ice can last for three weeks in the Bahamas in summer.
