This 31 Express offers the better of two worlds when it comes to fishing and pleasure cruising. This model has an innovative multi deck layout with the aft deck designed to accommodate the serious angler as well as comfort features for the pleasure of cruising. This area includes a transom door with access to the rear engine deck area and dive platform/ladders. Power is via twin Yamaha 225 4-stroke outboard engines. These 2005 Yamaha engines have been well maintained with only 275 hours. Yamaha engine covers included. The aft level has two large 110 gal ‘in floor’ fish boxes with macerator, as well as rod holders/racks and 6 rocket launchers. A large 50 gal live bait-well is integrated into the aft layout and also serves as transom seating. Fresh water wash down along with fresh water pull out shower is included. A 312 gal fuel tank is built into the hull below the aft deck to offer maximum range capacity. The mid deck (galley) offers a combination of galley features and cockpit lounge seating. The galley area includes an ice box, sink and butane stove. Ample storage is built into this area with numerous ‘flush’ stow away locations. The helm station is also located at this level with full Yamaha digital instrumentation including Fuel Management, MPH, Tach, Temp, Trim, and Volt Gauges. Electronic package includes Garmin GPS/Chart Plotter (color) Depth Finder/Fish Finder and VHF Radio. The mid deck is fitted with a 12’ Calcutta Top and overhead Electronics box. It also offers a full curtain package to keep you dry and the elements out. Custom fore and aft sun shields have been fitted to the boat to protect the aft and mid decks. The forward ‘cabin’ deck area is fitted with optional teak flooring. The V-berth sleeping accommodations, full size and spacious enclosed electric head with stand up shower, sink and storage are included. The Electrical Distribution Panel for AC/DC system controls and Sony stereo unit (remote included) are located herein. Cabin screened portholes with curtains, Lights, Cushions & Pillows, Screened Hatch, and bow storage unit with mirror are standard. Large storage units under the V-Berth provide ample dry space for supplies and equipment. The acrylic cabin door is lockable from both inside and outside the forward cabin proving security. Electrical service includes shore power hookup with two 25’ cords. GFI protected 110V outlets are provided in the forward and galley deck areas. This 31 Express hull color is yellow with black striping below and white above the gunnel trim. Bow pulpit with anchor guide/roller and Fortress FX-11 aluminum anchor and 300’ heavy anchor line and rope storage locker. Lighting system includes recessed lights about the various decks, remote pan/tilt spot light, aft deck spreader lights, and two overhead Calcutta top lights in the mid deck area.
