A well maintained pretty Dutch Barge built in Northern Holland in 1926. She has been well looked after with regular dry dock cleaning, and painting, last done in 2009. Lying in beautiful surroundings just off the river Swale in Kent. The mooring is available, subject to separate negotiations.

This Dutch Barge offers 5 berths in 3 cabins with a double fixed cabin and storage, saloon with a single berth and in the large wheel house you will find a double settee berth. In the shower and toilet, a new 24V Aquafax macerator/toilet linked to a stainless black waste tank with own pump out facilities. ‘Dutchess’ comes complete with a washing machine and tumble dryer, suitable for a live-a-board just how the current owners are using her. In the saloon you will find the galley equipped with gas hob and oven plenty of storage, fridge. The current owners have installed a ‘gas bubble tester’ which pressurises the gas supply and ensures there are no leaks. Off of the saloon is the main cabin with the double berth, shower room with toilet and wash basin. Some cabins are carpeted and all with curtains to add to the homely feel to the Dutch Barge. Finished in grey/beige upholstery. Fully heated throughout, by a modern diesel fired boiler, which also supplies the domestic hot water and full central heating.
