Like all models in the Hydra-Sports line, the 230 WA incorporates only the best quality resins, hi-tech composites, and pattern-cut biaxial fabrics, making it a serious contender that can withstand rigorous sea conditions. Add its poured ceramic transom and foam filled fiberglass box stringer system, and this 23 footer can run the way you want it to, quiet, smooth, and comfortable.

In the cockpit there\'s ample space to rig tackle or land your catch. An added benefit is the self draining deck that features a diamond pattern non-skid surface that provides sure footing while underway or fighting a big fish on stand-up tackle. Both the port and starboard sides feature easily-accessed rod racks, and a nice touch are the coaming pads along the gunwales. The transom features two drop-down passenger seats that fold neatly away when not in use, allowing extra cockpit space when needed. Three live wells are located along the transom and are easily accessed. An additional insulated 27-gallon live well with a 700 gph pump is located behind the port side passenger seat, and a 108-quart self-draining fish box is situated behind the starboard side driver’s seat. Operators of the 230 WA appreciate the helm, clean and very practical. There\'s ample space for all of the necessary electronics, plus a compass, easy-to-reach drink holders, full instrumentation, a 12V accessory plug, and a stainless steering wheel. The oversized windshield offers protection from the elements, as does the hard top featuring four rocket launchers, an electronics box, and two spreader lights.  Powered by a quiet and dependable Evrnrude, on open water, the 225 pushed the boat on plane quickly and efficiently. The well-designed hull handles every tight corner and carves through the water easily.
