The powerboats that combine design and functionality are manufactured by manual labor with the usage of imported equipment at high standards.  Azzurro offers 6 different exterior color options to the customers.  According to the chosen color, the interior upholstery and accessories are determined. Production and delivery last for 3 months and the process begins with the preparation of the design on the paper by the interior architect and yacht designer.  After that, the design is brought up to optimum aesthetic and functional standards with the revisions due to the demands of customer and then manufacture process starts.

After the finish of manufacture and before delivery to customers, the powerboats are put to a detailed quality control process which involves 2 stages.  The first strict control test, including even aligning the stitches and checking the directions of the screws is done at the factory and the safety control stage including speed and stabilization tests done at different wave lengths is done on the sea.  After the boats pass the tests successfully, they are ready to be delivered to their new owners. The company which adopts the principal of experiencing passion of speed consciously also provides special training to all new owners.

Environment Friendly Engine Choice

Evinrude which is the leading environmental friendly engine brand around the world, approved to be appropriate for the European Union (EU) and United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) emmission standards is chosen for Azzurro ZR powerboats.  The model used Evinrude E TEC is the only engine which has the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)  Clean Air Excellence Award and provides %50 less noise, %44 less fuel consumption.

300 HP Evinrude makes it possible to achieve more than 90 mph with only one engine and that provides low maintenance and fuel cost.

 

R&D Center

The factory in Tuzla, Istanbul is a Research and Development Center as well. Each and every powerboat delievered to customer can be tracked anywhere around the world if requested and technical problems can be predicted. By this means, technical issues which may cause damage to the boat or the engine are determined and reported immediately to the boat owners.
