Nice clean low hour Gibson Houseboat.  Powered by twin 454 Crusaders(350HP each) with under 350 original hours.  Generator is a 6.5K Onan with under 500 hours.  She is built on 14 foot beam which gives you lots of space.  The interior features a large salon area with a couch, entertainment area, dining area, and a nice lower steering stattion.  The galley is down to port and offers all the creature comforts.  The head is across and has a large walk in shower.  The master stateroom is located aft and has a large berth and lots of storage.  There is a guest stateroom forward with twin double berths and an ensuite head.  The flybridge area is oversized and has lots of seating and an additonal area aft for lounge chairs and tables. Boat is kept in freshwater under a covered dock.  There has been some upgrades done in October 2014.  These include new salon furnishings in the salon, new mattresses and bedspreads in the guest stateroom, all interior curtains have been dry cleaned along with new backings on them, canvas work o the bimini, and some general overall maintenance.  BOAT HAS ALSO HAULED OUT FOR AN INSPECTION.  The shafts, rudders, and props are all fine.  There were a couple of small blisters, but nothing that would stop a buyer from following through with a purchase.  Nice opportunity.
