This handsome historic American vessel is from the class that was one of the most useful and long-lasting in Coast Guard, the Active Class Patrol Boat.These capable vessels were designed for trailing the \"mother ships\" along the outer line of patrol during Prohibition, and gained a reputation for durability that was only enhanced by their re-engining in the late 1930’s.

This one was repowered in the 1950\'s with GM/Cleveland mains,and has been privately owned for some time by an owner with plans to restore her to original.
