Pearson 424 Cutter

\"Linette\" is a cutter version of the popular Pearson 424.   She has been sailed by her current owner for the past 22 years on the Chesapeake Bay with occasional trips to Cape May, Nantucket and Martha\'s Vineyard.  She has a dodger, spinnaker, cockpit cushions, radar, chartplotter and other goodies.  She is the perfect boat to take cruising at a price that is hard to beat.  She is located near Annapolis on land for the winter.  Please call to make an appointment to see her.

The forward cabin has large V berth with storage lockers, drawers and cabinets port and starboard.  There is a head to starboard just aft of cabin.

The main salon has straight settees port and starboard with storage outboard and behind seat backs.  There is a centerline folding table for dining.  There is separate entrance into the main salon from the deck on the starboard side and extra storage cabinets outboard.  There is a solid fuel fire place on starboard bulkhead. 

Next aft is the large U shaped galley to port and across to port is the head with large separate shower stall.  Aft of the head, at the base of the companionway, is the outboard facing nav station to starboard and large double berth to port.  The interior is clean and well kept with curtains and screens for all the opening ports.  Her cushions are in good condition and her woodwork is warm and inviting.
