Custom Tiki Barge W/ Pool - Two Bars and a Pool

A very unique opportunity to purchase a converted barge that has two bars, large pool, bathhouse and food prep areas.  Currently used as the \"Tiki Barge\" this vessel has become an iconic go to spot on the Chesapeake Bay for drinks and fun as well as serving as the pool and bathhouse for a large and well established marina.  A change in the marinas plans creates this opportunity to buy this craft and start your own business or would serve as a nice addition for another marina looking for a pool, bathhouse and bar/food.

A tremendous opportunity to purchase a converted barge featuring a large pool, second story tiki bar with seating, pool bar, kitchen, bathhouse and more.  This vessel has served a major upscale marina as the marina\'s pool and bathhouse as well as having a highly successful bar/food business onboard.

A great way to add a pool/bar/food/bathhouse to an existing marina or waterfront location or to personally have the most unique party barge afloat.  The possibilities are endless!
