Cooper Maple Leaf 72 Pilothouse Ketch - This Is A Real Head Turner

This 1986 Cooper/Maple Leaf, \"Breathless,\" is a great example of the beautiful yachts manufactured in Canada and she has been maintained by a professional crew (the last survey describes her as \"meticulously maintained and in like new condition). She was designed by Stan Huntingford (same designer of the Slocum 43 and Passport 51) and is one of only two 72\' custom built by Cooper/Maple Leaf in B.C. Canada in 1986.

All of the information in this write up was obtained from the last survey from Aug 2008.  Owner tells me he has
maintained her with an open checkbook and describes her as \"bristol.\"  She offers a great value at this price, and you simply won\'t find another one like her.

This large pilothouse ketch has a large seating area surrounding the outside helm. Forward of this area, you enter a spaceous pilothouse with more seating and an interior helm with large windows which give the captain great visibility.

Going forward and down a spiral staircase is the main salon with a large u-shaped settee and a professional galley that is ready to entertain your guests.

The master stateroom is aft with full walkaround king berth, ensuite head, cedar hanging closets, vanity, and plenty of storage drawers.  There are two VIP staterooms forward, one to port with ensuite head and full stand up shower, and one to starboard with similar ensuite head.   Further forward are two guest cabins (or crew cabins) one with twin bunks and one with single bunk that share one full size head.

• 7 Marine air conditioning units
