This Compac pilothouse sloop shows and even smells like new. If you are looking for a very nice trailerable pocket cruiser she\'s for you. She has a tiller in the cockpit and an indoor steering station with autopilots at both stations. Her mast is tabernacled (hinged) for ease of trailering on her 2012 included trailer. She has been lift kept and the sellers are very motivated.

V berth with filler is first forward, Next aft to port is a \"galley\" area with top loading refrig. box and stainless steel sink (no cooktop). To stbd. across is inside helm with full controls. Next aft to port is dinette with facing settees and high/low table that drops to form berth. Across to stbd. is head compartment with a wet shower, sink, and hand pump toilet. The fresh water sinks and shower are hand/ foot pumps. To port aft is a quarter berth. The cockpit is last with the engine under. The cockpit has another engine control and a tiller. The interior is in like new condition in  Herreshoff style with white formica, Teak trim, a Teak and Holly sole, drapes, carpet on the hull sides, and soft goods in like new condition. The vessel even smells new.
