Very well-known and well-regarded blue water cruiser, the Formosa 46 VILLEKULLA has very strong fundamentals - no teak decks, metal deck hatches, good sail inventory, low engine hours, cabin heat, and large 2-speed self-tailing primaries.  This Doug Peterson inspired design includes an easily-handled cutter rig and comfortable center cockpit.  Villekulla needs some cosmetic detailing below, but her soundness and solid inventory make this a terrific value at this reduced price.  Her mooring in the new North Basin at Everett Marina is readily available for a new owner to assume.Great price on a bluewater cruiser. 2013 Marine survey available for viewing in our office to qualified buyers.
