\"TOP CAT\" is a  clean and well cared for 33 Open. She has T-454 Crusaders with Fresh water cooling. She Sleeps 6 and is fully equipped with Air Conditioning/Heat and  Generator with only 180 hours. She has many recent upgrades, including all new interior fabric\'s, New 2011 Ray Marine C-80 Radar,GPS, PLotter,.New 2011 Horizon Explorer VHF radio with remote mic.  All engine hoses & exhaust hoses have been replaced in the last 3 years. The 33 Tiara Open has a very spacious and open cabin layout. Her interior was redecorated  in 2010 with all new fabrics

The enclosed head is located on the starboard side upon entering the cabin. Also on the starboard side is a 6\' lounge that converts to bunks that sleep 2. Forward is the master stateroom that sleeps 2 and on the port side is a large dinette that converts to sleep 2 more for a total of 6. The galley is on the port side upon entering the cabin with electric stove and refrigerator. The cabin has teak wood work, teak and holly cabin sole and Air conditioning with heat.
