The Eastbay 49 offers a great turn of speed, exceptional blue water performance and very spacious and comfortable accommodations.  There is plenty of comfortable seating in the salon for entertaining, and two staterooms and two heads with showers for privacy.  The galley is fit for a chef and September Song offers a special lower salon with two barrel chairs and a mini office set up.

Handling the boat is a dream with twin engines and a bow thruster, and handling the lines is made easy with a side door, wide walk arounds and an ample cockpit.  The well laid out and clean engine space is accessed through a hatch in the cockpit, and there is an abundance of space in the lazarette for storage.  

The aft salon door leads to the cockpit, with sun protection under a fixed bimini, and a wide swim platform offers a 9\' AB Ultralight hard bottom inflatable on a \"dinghy ramp\" dinghy davit.

September Song is currently stored in a heated building, placed at the front of the building for quick access and ability to sea-trial at a buyers request.  The condition will not disappoint.
