General comments: This passenger vessel was totally refitted interior wise in 2008, new washrooms on all decks, FM 200 Fire Extinguishing System installed, New VHF Radios, completely new interior decorations, insulation, carpeting, refinishing of oak bars, new life rafts (4), Main Engines were completely overhauled in 2009, in 2010 the Perkins Generator was overhauled, new hydraulic forward mast with lights installed 2010. This vessel not only meets but in many cases exceeds the requirements of Transport Canada Regulations. She is in a class by herself for luxury and serviceability to her uses as a sightseeing and corporate charter vessel. Estimate that her life expectancy with maintenance to continue that she has had in her years of service would be 30 years.
