Here is your chance to own Chariot! A custom built aluminum racer/cruiser Designed by renowned designer Steve Killing. New mast, standing and running rigging in 2005. new Raymarine Auto Helm, Depth, Wind and Speed instrument. Also has KVH Sailcomp and new refigeration, diesel was rebuilt in 2011. The boat has an extremely good race history. Lake Ontario 300 champion. LORC champion. LYRA boat of the year. Chariot has won pretty much every race she has been in at least once. Great sailing boat in all conditions and exceptional in light and heavy airs, while being extremely strong as she is made from all Aluminum (no worrying about deck rotting, or delamination). She is set up to be a great around the cans racer or take her on a long distance race, or even cruise her. Full interior with stove and oven, as well as working head. Chariot has to be the easiest 40 footer out there to race, very simple design and very fast. She is very extremely easy to race double handed, I have done many double handers on Chariot in the Lake Ontario Short Handed Series, Lake Ontario 300 and Susan Hood races. Comes with a full set of sails (2 North 3DL Genoas, Main, Spinnaker, #2, #3, Storm Sail).
