\"OTTER\" is one of the three Nauset 36\'s built to be seakindly cruising boats on a proven semi displacement hull. The level of thought and detail put into this boat is fantastic. The quality of equipment and materials is the best.  \"OTTER\" has been very well maintained & was recently repowered with a New Yanmar Diesel.  She is ready for her new owner to do some serious cruising or living aboard. Her cruising speed will vary between 12-15 knots depending on load and cruising rpm. A very rare offering.

Sleeps four.  Forward stateroom has 6\'-9\" V berths. Custom Sofa in salon for double berth. Starting forward the Owner\'s stateroom is very spacious with good sized bunks and incredible amount of storage in lockers under the bunks, outboard over the bunk and in large hanging lockers aft of the bunks. Headroom in the forward cabin is 6\'4\". Ventilation is through opening hatch and side portlights. Next aft to starboard is enclosed head with stall shower. Storage is very plentiful with vanity. Headroom in the head is 6\'1\" and 6\'2\" in shower. Opposite head is U shaped galley which features double stainless steel deep sinks, large top loading holding plate reefer, CNG stove and storage everywhere in bins, lockers and shelves. Sole is varnished teak & holly. Galley is open to the salon with a pass over counter separating it from salon. Up four steps to the saloon with steering station to starboard that has full instrumentation and the electrical distribution panels. To port in the salon is custom settee that converts to berth for two. Four side windows in house slide open, New forward opening center window and aft windows are fixed. Out starboard side sliding door to cockpit with four storage compartments, vanished teak covering boards. Proper stainless steel ladder leads to fly bridge through closing companionway. Bridge has double railings and seating for three in chairs, Helm chair is center and swivels
