\"Leisure Time\" is a beautiful 36\' factory hardtop with only 389 hours on her twin Caterpillar 300hp diesel engines. She is extremely well equipped with two 16,000btu air conditioning units, 6kw Northern Lights Genset, radar, autopilot, synchronizer, new Garmin 4208 GPS and much more. She has been meticulously maintained, as detailed in a very complete log book. Great boat for a couple to cruise or do the loop.

The stateroom is located forward with a good size V-Berth, hanging lockers and drawers.

Aft of the stateroom is the head to portside with a Vacuflush unit, wet shower and vanity with sink and storage areas. The galley and dinette are further aft in the lower cabin.

Soles throughout the cabin are teak & holly. This lower cabin area has a 16,000 BTU air conditioner.
