The first impression of the American Tug is the quality of the interior. As you step into the salon from the aft cockpit you are immediately surrounded by beautiful joinery work made from sapele wood with its beautiful straight grain. The textures of carpet and Ultra Leather are warm and inviting. These boats feel right.

The salon features large windows which flood the interior with light. You can see forward past the galley to the raised pilothouse, it is this open feel that makes the interior great for entertaining. A custom linear settee is on starboard with a corner storage cabinet, this arrangement leaves space for a pair of genuine Eskornes stressless recliners. The galley is forward and on the port side. The entertainment center with a 26\" LCD television is on starboard.

Up a few steps from the salon is the raised pilothouse. American Tug makes full use of the large \"stack\", the defining feature of a tug boat, and provides ample headroom above these stairs. The pilothouse is large, open and provides full 360-degree sightlines. The console is full size and houses dual Garmin touchscreen displays. There are sliding doors on both the port & starboard sides. The port side of the pilothouse has additional seating for 3. On starboard is a desk. A gorgeous Lebroc helm chair is on centerline.

Forward is the guest stateroom with a double Pullman berth. The guest stateroom has a private head with full shower.  Ample storage and good ventilation are provided. A full-size Bosch stainless washer and 240-volt vented dryer are behind a door.

The master stateroom is down a few steps and features a walk-around queen berth, a very large private head & shower and nine full suspension drawers plus a cedar lined hanging locker. 

Air Conditioning & reverse cycle heat is provided by 4ea Marvair units providing zone heat & cooling throughout Boy O Boy.  Forced-air heat is provided by three additional 110-volt heaters all independently controlled for keeping her warm anytime including on the dock or in the off-season. The joinerwork is a warm sapele wood. Carpet is a rich commercial quality in very neutral tone called Warm Cedar. The upholstery is Sand colored Ultra Leather.
