If you just want to gently potter in and out of creeks and take granny for tea in Osborne bay then this J35 is probably not your boat, however, if you want to win regattas then this certainly is the yacht for you, super-fast and a fantastic IRC handicap rating.

2011 rating TCF.991 should also come down from there with 4 additional year’s age allowance.

Outrageous! has been lovingly professionally updated over the last 5 years.Here are just some of the improvements that have been made too her.

New keel built by Irons Bros, exactly the same as the original dimensions but with longer keel bolts.

The hull stripped back, reinforced and epoxied by 3 meters fore and aft of the keel, (hence the requirement for longer keel bolts).

The owner is confident that she is now the stiffest J35 anywhere in the World, which has massively improved the upwind performance of her and benefited the handicap at the same time.

She has also had a new mast, new fore stay, new back stay, new spreaders, new shrouds, new Carbon spinnaker pole, all new winches, clutches, halyards, sheets, sole boards, 2 x B&G hydra 3000 electronics with 3 x 20/20\'s on the mast, a Lowrance HDS 10 GPS/Sonar and chart plotter on the bulk head.

Structurally she is fantastic. her owner says \"without doubt the best anywhere in the world! That said she is 25 yrs old and so externally she is not concourse.\"

The engine is super reliable although it too could do with a little paint.

All of the improvements and works have been carried out have been undertaken by professional boat builders and these works alone have themselves cost over £35,000, mast and keel alone were £25,000.

If you are into racing and winning \"Outrageous\" is your lady, she is an absolute dream to sail, fast upwind and steady as a rock down wind, surfing big waves quite happily and very very steady on the helm, keeping this her firmly underneath her sails is very straight forward, balanced rudder and totally predictable handling makes her a dream to steer even in the biggest of blows.

In light airs too she picks up her skirt and flies, not having a big heavy bulb to get moving and drag around she will pick up her skirt in the slightest of breezes, we regularly beat J109, X362 sports, X412\'s, Reflex 38\'s, Beneteau 40\'s etc on the water! After the handicap is applied it can get almost embarrassing...! Sadly though business commitments have prevented me from racing her for the last 2 seasons and this season does not look like it will be any better so she is now ashore in Leicester awaiting her new owner.

If you are serious about competing in regattas and being in the biscuits, then this will be the best money you will ever spend, totally optimized and ready to race and win!
