Floating pier 114’ x 79’ professionally set up  to provide 9,000 square feet of waterfront development. A retired drydock section with 8 inch re-inforced concrete top and a polypropylene watertight membrane, it is able to carry 1,600 tons without lowering to top of the membrane.
