THE OWNER IS COMPLETELY UPDATING THIS BOAT NOW. ALREADY THE INTERIOR HAS NEW PERGO WOOD FLOORING AND NEW WOODWORK. NEW PAINT AND REPAIRS HAVE BEEN MADE AND THIS BOAT WILL REALLY CATCH YOUR EYE.  Here is a great buy on a very nicely restored older boat, by a professional.  A very popular model that has a wide open layout due to its 11’ beam. There is a large offset berth forward, a convertible dinette is on the port side and a settee on the starboard side that will convert to twin bunks. She sleeps 6 total. At the aft starboard end of the cabin is the head with integrated shower. The galley is opposite.  This boat is very well equipped.  She comes with Generator, AC/Heat, Pressure Hot / cold water, electric head, shower, windlass, spotlight, battery charger, trim tabs, air horn, camper top and cockpit cover.  The price does not include a trailer but owner will negotiate for a trailer if the buyer needs one.  The owner will deliver the boat to the TwinCityarea for a buyer and will winterize and shrink wrap the boat.  This seller very motivated and will accept any serious offer.
