\"Tess Ann\" is a very special, one of a kind vessel that designer, William Garden is most proud.
It is the only boat McQueen ever built that was designed by William Garden.
Built at the renowned McQueen Boat Works. \"Tess Ann\" has had the best of care by her knowledgeable owners, keeping this vessel to yacht standards. There is a large teak boarding platform aft, providing excellent access for tenders and water sports.

Boarding is through the transom door into the covered aft deck. Generous lazarette storage is available through three large deck hatches. Full walk around teak decks are accessed to port and starboard. Forward through centerline double doors is the main salon, and next forward to starboard on the same level is the fully equipped galley. To port there is a full length passageway which leads to the three ensuite staterooms and day head. Crew quarters are located in the bow section.

Main salon features large windows, dining area, entertainment center with flat screen TV and stereo system. This spacious room is also equipped with a central wood burning fireplace and leather sofas and chairs.

Forward to starboard, on the same level is the fully equipped galley.

The master stateroom is amidships, just forward of the pilot house. Features include ensuite head with large double glass shower, black and gold accents, Corian counter top and Vacu-Flush head.Guest stateroom is forward of the master and shares the ensuite bath as a day head with separate passageway access.

The VIP stateroom is all the way forward.

Crew quarters are located in the bow and may be accessed through a deck hatch on the foredeck or through the bulkhead of the VIP stateroom For the owner/operator, the crew quarters could be used as a children\'s cabin.

Forward of the galley are steps up to the spacious pilot house and lounge, featuring full engine controls, centerline helm and electronics console.  Comfortable leather sofa and built in benches.  Port and starboard sliding doors provide access to side decks.  Up steps and aft of the pilot house is the fly bridge with full engine controls and helm to starboard and a large L-shaped settee to port. Next aft are stairs on the starboard side which lead to the Crow\'s Nest with full engine controls, helm and access to the mast which folds for low bridge clearance.  All the way aft is the boat deck with centerline heavy duty hydraulic davit.
