Rantum Scoot is a later model Crosby Striper with a Yanmar diesel, RayMarine plotter/radar, new canvas and cushions, and great varnish trim. This boat has been well cared for, and shows well.

These boats are designed and built to handle the chop and seas of New England, and make great pocket cruisers, super family boats, or excellent cocktail cruisers to harbor tour with your friends. These boats have been produced for years, and this fiberglass version makes this a classic with the ease of a lower maintainence boat.

The Crosby Striper has been built since 1947, and is now in fiberglass construction. These boats make a great weekender, and have a good sized vee berth forward. Next aft to starboard is a flip up seat with the marine toilet below, and across the cabin is a simple galley area with a stainless sink, and plenty of storage below. Up two steps and you are at the helm station with two drop down helm seats, that stow away when not in use. The fully cushioned engine cover provides good seating for your guests. The aft cockpit area has a full width bench seat with abundant storage inside. The canvas enclosure, and cushions are updated, and in great shape. This boat has a teak windshield, and teak radar mast that is varnished. The varnish trim shines, and this boat turns heads in any harbor she visits.
