Remila II is a ketch rigged Irwin 37 with a shoal draft keel with the centerboard option for better performance to weather. The current owner has had the boat for over 20 years and has kept it professionally maintained during that time. It’s a spacious bay/coastal cruiser with enough room to serve as a comfortable live aboard. She is powered by a Perkins 4-108 engine and equipped with a Fisher Panda 4200 generator. This is a super clean boat ready for a new owner to take her on further sailing adventures.

Remila II has two separate state rooms with private heads, owners aft. The galley is one step down from main salon on starboard with refrigerator/freezer, stove with oven, stainless sink with pressure water and ample storage. The main salon has settees port and starboard with a fold down bulkhead stored dining table. The passageway into the aft stateroom has an ice box under the navigation station with storage behind. There is a split system Cruisair reverse cycle A/C installed to cool or heat the entire boat. There are several opening ports and hatches throughout and lots of storage lockers.
