This 1982 Capital Yacht, MKIII features a Raymarine c70 GPS that is WIFI and syncs with the Smartpilot S1000 Autopilot which is remote controllable via iPad or iPhone.  The boat has all new VHS and DSC for emergencies.  The new stereo is also remotely controled via WIFI.  This vessel is currently moored in Mission Bay near our office. This Gay Mull design has a large forward V-berth. With the insert in place it provides a comfortable sleeping space arrangement for two. There are storage compartments to port and starboard and a good sixed set of drawers. The large hanging locker is starboard aft of the V- berth and opposite a roomy head with hand held shower on the port side. The main cabin features a folding dinette on the port side and the space has a pull out to convert to a large double berth. To starboard is a comfortable settee which also converts to a large berth. On both sides of the cabin there is plenty of storage space behind and under the seats and above them. The cabin sole throughout is covered with indoor/outdoor carpet that is snapped down for easy cleaning and access to bilge. Starboard aft is the nav station with a pull out hideaway chart table and under is the large single quarter berth. The galley is port side. There is a Kenmore ac refrigerator in the galley and the older 12 V refrigeration system is still in place – but currently inoperable. There is also a one burner butane stove. Convenient access to the engine room via the companionway steps unit as well as by way of a cockpit hatch. This boat has a low hours 3 cylinder diesel engine. The sails are in good shape. This is an extremely good deal that will not last very long.
