Abundant storage, fully air conditioned, island berths, dedicated dining areas, easy access fore deck, integrated swim platform are all part of desirable cruising attributes. Come take a look, bring your bathing suit. You won’t be disappointed! PRECIOUS LADY is a fine example of a great family cruiser perfect for short hops or extended lolly gagging. She was recently purchased by a very knowledgeable yachtsman who spent the past four months totally upgrading and refitting her. She is mechanically and esthetically ready to go. The development of a major orthopedic problem is forcing the sale, much to the new owner’s regret. At 43\'9\" PRECIOUS LADY offers a lot of living space both inside and out. With access from the swim platform or through the cockpit gates she is easy to board by anyone. There are “easy on the knees’ large molded fiberglass steps up from the very large swim platform. The oversized swim platform provides great access to the clear waters of the Islands for snorkeling or any water sports. A fresh water hot and cold shower will keep the salt from inside the yacht. The aft deck or bridge deck has comfortable seating and a wet bar including a new ice maker, 2013. All fairly new isinglass adds to her good looks. The Bimini top (2011) is well designed and fits her dimensions providing great sunshade on the fly bridge. The companion seating (2013) is very comfortable and located forward of the helm seat. Her helm station is well laid out with easy access by the captain. Everything is within fingertip reach, including bow thruster controls. There is good visibility from the helm both forwards and aft. All electronics have been professionally check out and serviced (July 2013). From the bridge, one of her greatest feature is her fore deck sidewalk access. There is a wonderful “Bunny Pad” perfect for sun lounging or staring up at the universe. The electric windlass was reconditioned (July 2013) and new additional chain was added to the rode. The life lines are of a suitable height to help keep you aboard. Her gel coat shines like new. This owner much like the previous one has already had her waxed with three coats of polish, (August 2013). New bottom paint, (January 2013). Her stainless gleams. Her canvas is neat and tidy. She presents herself very well. The unique, wide open spacious floor plan of the salon, galley, and dinette area is entered through a port side sliding door. The main saloon offers a bright airy space with lots of natural light. A convertible settee is located to starboard directly across from the entertainment system. The large built-in entertainment center is to port with a wine chiller and a flat screen TV. A sleeper sofa, matching coffee table and ottoman are to the starboard. Just one step down and you are in a full-sized galley with no partitions, which makes entertaining a breeze. The dinette located to port, adjacent to the entertainment system is comfortable and is not separated from all of the social activity. It is a feature one would expect to find on a much larger yacht. Below decks, one finds two staterooms, each with its own head, separated by the saloon and galley. Total privacy is assured. The carpet was replaced throughout the entire yacht in September 2013. The full beam master stateroom is aft and features a queen berth, a good sized hanging locker, drawer storage, opening port lights, reading lights and a TV. The master head features storage, fresh water flush heads and separate shower. The VIP suite forward enjoys the same accoutrements as the master suite.
