DOWNTIME is a Summit 40 built off the King 40 molds and launched in September of  2010 .  Due to her construction she is 600 lbs lighter, with a similar draft and slightly increased sail area. Her record under IRC on the East coast of the States is 2nd to none.  Always maintained by professionals, new North sails in 2013,  Her most notable race results were Block Island Race Week Overall winner in 2013 as well as overall winner of the 2011 NYYC annual regatta and during this Summer of 2014, 3rd overall NYYC annual and 1st overall at NYYC Race week.

Hull & Deck

Interior

• Doorway forward into the forward stateroom, with an enclosed head to starboard, and a large

bureau and hanging locker to port. The large double V-berth has sail storage underneath forward

and duffel storage aft.

• Enclosed head with mirrors, storage outboard, dual purpose showerlsink spigot, and door.

Head Compartment is a composite molding with integral shower sump for easy cleaning and draining,

with overhead hatch.

• Finish is off-white with wood trim on vertical surfaces and bulkheads; lightweight bunk tops with

white finish; wood drawer and cabinet trim.

• Faired and painted white hull sides in forward and aft cabins.

• Molded composite overhead in main cabin.

• Choice of designer cushion fabrics or heavy-duty, water-resistant Acrylic fabric.

• Main cabin settee berths with split backrest cushions port and starboard. Seatback hinges up to
