Classic Pilot House Trawler in excellent condition, built in Bristol;, Rhode Island.  Great Liveaboard or weekender with a surprising amount of room for a 30\'.  Perkins Diesel in great condition, rebuilt in 2007, 300 Hrs on the engine.

Salty Belle interior is clean and comfortable.  Starting from forward, the V Berth has insert, Anchor access, Shelves, Storage under, 2 drawers, Cabinet and Hanging Locker. There are 2 opening ports and an overhead hatch.

The Head is to Stbd. with Jabsco manual Toilet, S/S sink, Cabinet and Hand Held Shower.  Up 2 steps is the Pilot House. A Helm seat is to Stbd. with storage underneath the seat.  Opposite is a fold down Chart Table and more storage, Sliding Window ports on both sides for lots of ventilation.  Down 2 steps is the Galley to Port and Convertible Settee to Stbd. the Settee converts with an insert top a Double Berth.  The Galley is opposite with a Princess (2) burner stove top, deep S/S sink with handpump, Icebox and newly recovered Countertop, there is a wine glass Rack and plenty of storage, floor board newly painted.  New Water Pressure System.
