The Sceptre 36 was designed by Hein Driehuyzen and built by Sceptre Yachts Ltd, in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada. Thirty six hulls in total were built between 1978 - 1984 and are actively cruised and raced throughout the Pacific Northwest and beyond.

This is arguably the best Sceptre 36 on the market featuring a new engine in 2010 with only 400 hours on it, new upgraded standing (rod) rigging in 2010, and stiffened and reinforced hull/keel joint and skeg to qualify for offshore certification..
