Here are some notes from the owner:

Kevlar Hull with all fiberglass stringers. Hull has been cleaned and glass is so clear you can see your face in the side of the boat. Sinks in Head, Galley and on Deck. Always hot water system (heat ex changer). Microwave and cook top. 4 Windows in Salon. Tons of storage. Cedar closet. Shower head with fan and light with illuminating door that moods the cabin at night.

Engines: Heads were sent to shop for re-seating changed raw water system (risers, manifolds, water pumps both raw and circulating. Out drives have both been removed resealed and aligned and zincs changed. New Marine / Removable Face 8 Speaker Stereo.

What I have not done yet is the seats, which one has cracks in the very back where it stuck out of the boathouse, quote 2K for whole boat 200 for cracked seat. Engine Trim, Tabs, Switches. Hood liner inside steam cleaned. Needs new Anchor line, helm controlled electric Maxwell Windlass works but old line slips. Removed internal system battery charger for service, sent it away but have not re-installed it yet (charges both batteries in 15 minutes).
