Dual helm positions make this Nicholson 40DS an ideal boat for the Scottish west coast! Designed and built by the Camper and Nicholson yard, she is hull number 5 of 19 built. She is a strong and sturdy boat, a good long distance cruiser. Good visibility from deck saloon and inside helm. This Nicholson 40DS was fitted with a new 100hp Nanni diesel engine in 2009. 

Forward cabin with V berths and infill to convert to a double berth, storage, hanging locker, opening hatch. Door leading through towards galley with forward heads to port and bunk cabin to port. Top bunk folds down to convert to lower bunk to settee. Galley to starboard, steps up to helm and deck saloon with inside helm position to starboard. Hydraulic wheel steering, engine instruments, engine room camera screen and Clearview screen. L shaped leather seating to port with drop leaf dining table. Storage under and behind seats. Chart table to port, engine access panel in floor, companionway to cockpit. Steps down to aft cabin with a double berth, seat, hanging locker, storage and en-suite heads. Radiator heating and opening hatches throughout.
