The boat interior has been totally redesigned and refurbished to enable a couple
to live aboard in comfort and accommodate 2-4 guests. A warm, oiled
Aframosia teak veneer and solid teak trim were used throughout the bridge
deck cabin, galley & heads for interior cabinetry and accent. The sleeping cabins
use light oak veneer and solid oak trim for the cabinetry. White laminates
and vinyl coverings appear throughout the boat. New Olifin carpets were installed
in 2012 and are used for their comfort and cleanability.

Port Hull:
The rear port owners’ sleeping cabin has a queen size Comfort Air pillow top
mattress with dual controls. The cabin has a hanging locker, dresser w/mirror
and storage shelving unit. It also has storage space under the bunk. With two
opening ports, a large overhead hatch, dual fans and reading lamps you will
enjoy reading or sleeping in bed. Forward of the owner cabin is a nice sized
hanging locker across from the large shower room with seat. Forward of the
shower is the owner’s head with a electric freshwater toilet. It has a large medicine
cabinet w/designer lighting, counter w/storage cabinets and bright round
stainless sink. The counter has a white laminate top with teak cabinetry. Across
from the head and shower is a four step companionway to the bridge deck
cabin with a large hanging locker on both sides. Forward of the head is a large
cabin currently used as a workshop, tool room and miscellaneous storage area.
The cabin has two enclosed lockers, one with shelves and one hanging locker.
There is also a drop front work bench. Under the V berth is the Village Marine,
12 volt, modular water-maker. This cabin could easily be converted to a large
king berth sleeping cabin with the addition of a foam mattress & linens.

Starboard Hull:
The starboard rear guest cabin is similar to the owner’s cabin with its own
Comfort Air mattress. It has two hanging lockers, a dresser w/mirror, as well
as storage under the bunk. It also has reading lights, a fan, two portlights and a
large overhead hatch. The fully equipped galley is forward of the rear starboard
guest cabin with a four-step companionway up to the main cabin. The inboard
side of the galley contains a large counter with deep bright, stainless sinks. The
sinks have a pressurized saltwater faucet and a Sea-gull micro-filtration drinking
water faucet as well as a regular hot & cold pressurized water mixing faucet.
Under the counter is a large garbage bin, two deep storage drawers and a
double sliding door under-sink storage cabinet. There is also a large overhead
storage cabinet used for dish and glass wear, cups, etc. There is a Sharp Carousel
microwave built over the aft-end of the kitchen counter. Across from the
counter is the three-burner Princess LPG range over three large drawers for
pots & pans, utensils and appliances. Over the range is a 12V fan and small
opening hatch. Next to the range is a Norcold Tech II 6.3 cubic foot upright
refrigerator/freezer. This unit operates on both 12V DC & 110V AC. All
counter tops in the gallery are white laminate and the cabinetry and refrigerator/freezer
door is oiled teak. Forward of the refrigerator on the outboard side,
is the guest head. It has a electric head plumbed with both fresh and salt water.
There is also a large medicine cabinet w/mirror and counter with circular bright
stainless sink and chrome faucet. Under the counter is a storage cabinet with
sliding doors. The counter has a white laminate top with teak cabinetry. This
head is airy with an opening port-light and small overhead hatch. Forward of
the galley is a V berth guest cabin. On the inboard side, as you enter, are two
large lockers with custom designed shelving and lighting currently used as a
pantry. Forward of this is a king size V berth with a 5 inch thick variable foam
mattress. This cabin has a large opening hatch, dual reading lights and an electric
fan. Under the berth is additional storage space.

Saloon/Bridge Deck Cabin:
The main saloon spans the bridge-deck between the hulls and is approximately
12’ x 18’. It incorporates the settee, navigation station, bar and media areas. It
is surrounded from port to starboard by 12 large lexan portlights with teak
trim rings. These provide a panoramic view of the outside. There are removable
black UV covers, on the outside, that remove 80% of the heat from the
sun and closely resemble the portlight appearance. There are two overhead
hatches, the saloon bulkhead picture window w/screen and the entry door for
air circulation. The cabin has 6’ 4” of headroom under the custom headliner
and incorporates 11 individual LED lights grouped into 4 independently
dimmed zones. The headliner is removable for access to wiring, hardware
fasteners, etc.

Settee:
The large settee/dining area is on the starboard forward side and has custom
designed seat cushions covered in ocean blue fabric which looks and feels like
leather but has superior clean-ability and stain resistance. There are storage
compartments under the seat cushions. Curved teak tables are on both ends of
the settee, one of which contains a small hidden safe. The settee table is multipurpose.
It is solid teak and contains a unique support mechanism. In its closed
position it serves as a large foot stool w/cushion or a cocktail table. When the
table top is pulled up & back it becomes a dining table for two or three. In its
fully open position it is a large table for 6. Underneath the table is a large storage
compartment with double doors.

Navigation Station:
On the port forward side is a custom built navigation/office station. All of the
navigation instruments are displayed on an inclined surface and are within easy
reach. The chart table/work surface is large and easily accommodates charts
and a laptop computer; which the owners’ use for navigational and business
purposes. All power and cabling requirements are readily available. The work
surface is hinged and has a large chart storage area underneath. The wide nav
station seat is removable to reveal the 6-Trojan T105 golf cart batteries making
up the house bank and circuit breakers for the water maker, solar panels, house
panel and windlass. This location keeps the battery weight centrally located
and readily accessible.

Entertainment/Bar Area:
The entertainment/bar area is in the aft port quarter of the cabin and contains a
U-Line 110V ice maker, with a Sea Gull Micro-filter in the water line. It is
built into the cabinets which accommodate cocktail glasses, bar supplies and
liquor bottles. Extra liquor & wine is stored in a cabinet under the galley refrigerator.

Media/Storage Area:
The media area contains a Westinghouse 26” widescreen HDTV and HD DVD
player. There is a Jenson 4x40 watt CD, AM/FM radio with dual speakers in
the cabin and cockpit. There is also a XM satellite radio receiver and Delphi
XMSkyFi2 tuner at the navigation station. There is a TV cable & telephone
jack inlet located next to the starboard shore power inlet. To starboard of the
bar area is a media storage shelving area. DVD videos, reference books and
other items can be stored on these shelves.

Cockpit-Layout
The wide cockpit provides space for lounging, sunbathing, sitting around the
cockpit table and helming/crewing the boat. There is 10’ of custom seating
across the back of the cockpit. Under the seats are self-draining storage lockers.
There is a custom designed cockpit table on the port side that folds to
minimize intrusiveness yet can accommodate 6 people. There is red, white and
blue switchable cockpit lighting. The biminis’ polished aluminum frame is
covered with a large navy sunbrella top that spans the entire cockpit. In the
center of the bimini is a rigid panel spanning 4 ft on either side of the boom.
This will support a person furling the main. The top has a clear acrylic window
over the helm station, w/cover, for visual access to the sails. Integrated into the
biminis’ frame are 7 solar panels totaling 620 watts. They are supported several
inches above the top surface for good air circulation. There are four sundowner
curtains that zipper to the back and sides of the bimini to provide shade
to the cockpit area.

There are two large stainless steel wheels, one on the starboard and one on the
port side of the cockpit. Each has a lighted Plastimo Contest 4” steering compass.
The starboard wheel has both engine instrument panels and stop levers as
well as the engine shift and throttle controls. There are B&G wind, speed and
depth instruments, a Horizon RAM VHF microphone and controls for the anchor
windlass. located just to the right of the starboard wheel. There is a two
person helm seat behind the starboard wheel. A Garmin GPSMap 4208 chartplotter
& GPS is mounted to the bimini frame in perfect visual alignment with
the helm. The plotter has G2 Vision electronic charts. There are no engine controls
or electronics at the port wheel as it is used primarily for sailing and close
port maneuvers.

Steering is via cable to both wheels. There is a Raymarine ST6001 auto-pilot
controller by the starboard wheel. It controls a rotary drive motor and sprocket
located on the port wheel shaft inside the cabin bulkhead. The large spade rudders
are designed with break-a-way mechanisms to minimize damage if they
strike an underwater object. Upon impact, the rudder and steering mechanism
pivot upward to reduce damage and allow continued steerage. If the rudder or
shaft is severely damaged the attachment mechanism allows for relatively easy
replacement of the rudder and/or its shaft. The break-a-way feature can also be
easily operated by hand to allow temporary steerage in shallow water situations.
There is an emergency tiller in the seat locker.
