This custom built, varnished hull is a masterpiece.  It is a 1983 Custom Built IOR design Nelson Marek 36 \"Tinder Box\"   The mast is a custom triple spreader rig built by Forespar.  The boat was built by a very skilled craftsman in Laguna Canyon/Orange County.

The hull is cold molded mahogony wood with polyester resin.  The engine is a Universal 5424 24 horsepower diesel.

There is a full inventory of racing sails..

The hull was just varnished in December of 2014.

This boat was raced in the Lipton Cup in 1984.
