Formula F311 Sr1 - OFFSHORE BOAT OF THE YEAR! PowerBoat Magazine Award for Product Excellence!
The Pearl.... Here is a boat that is in one of the most unlikely places one could expect. It is located inside of a clean storage building in lower southwest Michigan. The warehouse is right in the heart of of nowhere! There are several local lakes ranging in size from 80 to 1200 acres, none of which suitable for this boat.
The owner knows it\'s a valuable boat, but doesn\'t understand it\'s true worth. The owner has never had the boat in the water! It is just too much boat for him! He has been advertising it locally the past several seasons, but can\'t find a trustworthy interested party. The closest body of water suitable for this craft is Lake Michigan, a distance of over 50 miles. Boats like this on Lake Michigan are either on ... [ask POP associate for the full description]

Stock #71658 The condition of what can be seen of this boat is good to very good. There are some cosmetic issues, including a small nick in the passenger bolster seat as show in detail in the photos. The interior appears to be in very good condition, with the exception of the "T" molding around the circular table in the cabin. The "T" molding is there and is not broken, but is in need of a strong glue to hold it in the channel machined into the circumference of the table. There is some separation of the seams on the rear sunning lounge (engine cover) that can be seen in the photos. The center seam of the red (burgundy) is open, and the teal is compromised. The foam looks good, and the vinyl itself looks to still be serviceable. The throw pillows appear to be original, as do the decanters, both signs the boat has had very good care. There are no tears, rips or stains in the upholstery. Without the cabin battery it was impossible to test interior lighting, radio or other appliances. The sinks and toilet show signs of being winterized, as do the engines. Signs of winterization are always a good sign, as owners of boats with bad engines, or plumbing will generally not invest the time, effort or expense in winterizing a system that they intend to replace. The engine compartment was covered by the engine hatch, which again was impossible to raise without the cabin battery. I did manage to photo document as much of the engine compartment as I could squeeze the camera into. The photos show no signs of antifreeze or oil leading into the bilge, again, another good sign for a winterized boat. The hour meter shows 789.3 hours. Out drives, props, and other exterior running gear appear in good shape. The hull is smooth, shiny, and no signs of scratches, nicks, or other damage. Some of the graphics have started to develop small spider web type cracks, not unexpected for a boat of this age. The rub rail is intact, and very functional. The rub rail shows small signs of minor impact, but one has to look closely to find them. The Isinglass of the Bimini top prevented me from a full inspection of the material and zippers. The temperature was between 10 and 12 degrees when I inspected the boat, and the Bimini top, side curtains and what ever else is there was all rolled together in a storage area under the rear couch. I carefully unfolded as much as I was comfortable with, being careful not to harm the Isinglass which gets brittle as it gets cold! Unfortunately there is little history on this boat, other than what the owner was told by the former owner.
