The much improved version of the ocean-going Simonis designed Voyage 380, Iza has always been in private ownership, having brought her current owners safely across the Atlantic a few years back.  The Caribbean has been her home ever since.  She has been well cared for and maintained and is in excellent condition, ready for her next adventure.
