“TC3” is a 2011 Prout 3600TC Esprite built by Topcat Boat Builders and Prout Catamarans.  Designed by Prout Catamarans of England who have built high quality cruising catamarans for over 40 years to Lloyds Standards. This catamaran is like new. This Topcat Boat Builders/Prout 3600TC Esprite is an advanced cruising catamaran that was designed with high volume hulls which provide outstanding space and comfort. The Catamaran is both an excellent sailing vessel and a proven superb cruising Live-Aboard. Prout Catamarans are legendary in their sea-keeping abilities and safety characteristics. This 3600TC Esprite is a must see if you\'re looking for a high performance, mid-size, easy to handle Catamaran that has been built to a very high standard. ACCOMMODATION

The Prout 3600TC Esprite offers seven berths in four cabins with maximum headroom of 8 feet. There is a large central owner’s cabin forward across the two floats with a double berth with an additional single berth in the same cabin in the starboard float.  The cabin has a hanging locker with a seat to starboard and lots of storage space.

Aft of the owner’s cabin in the starboard float is the long galley with three burner gas hob, with a gas oven and grill below. Twin Stainless steel sinks with hot and cold pressurised water heated from the 240V immersion heater and the engine. There is a large 12V fridge. The galley has a lot of storage, ventilation and is very light and airy yet secure when at sea. Crokery and cutlery are included.

Aft of the galley is another double cabin with lots of storage space and is again very light and airy.  An identical cabin can be found in the Port aft float.  Forward from the port aft cabin is the chart table which again has lost of storage space for charts and a large display area for navigation instruments and tools.

Forward in the Port float is a large heads with hot and cold shower, sink and marine head with lots of storage.  In the bow is a hanging wet locker/additional storage area.

The saloon area which expands across the two floats is extremely light and airy because of the large portholes and ports within the deck.  It has a large U shaped settee and a luxury saloon table with protective cover.  There is a large TV which are be watched from anywhere on the settee in comfort. 

The aft cockpit is very large yet fees very secure. There is good storage space and it is easy to walk forward on to the large and spacious foredeck.

SPARS & SAILS

Rigged as a sloop with a Z-Spars Aluminium deck stepped mast and boom 2011. Stainless steel standing rigging 2011 with Terylene running rigging. Slab reefing mainsail, two reefs with stackpack system and furling genoa with Profurl furling system.

Winches:

• 1 x Lewmar Halyard winch
• 2 x Lewmar 42 self-tailing genoa winches.

Sails:

• Mainsail, Dacron, Jeckells, 2011,condition like new

MECHANICAL SYSTEMS

Situated under each aft bunk is a Beta 251 25HP diesel freshwater cooled inboard engine with a saildrive to a 2 blade prop. Dual Morse controls at the helm. The engines 140 hours and were last serviced by Beta marine at 40 hours. It has a 100 gallon Stainless steel fuel tank and will cruise at 10 knots

ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS

3 x 110Ah 12V Domestic batteries and 2 x 75Ah 12V engine batteries all charging from the engine alternator and via a 240v battery charger. 240V shore power system with rings main Matervolt invertor.

CONSTRUCTION

The Prout 3600TC Esprite built by Prout catamarans and Topcat Boat Builders that both have an impeccable pedigree for catamarans. This 3600TC Esprite has twin spade rudders been to wheel steering. The current owner, who was in fact involved in her construction, has had her from new. GRP construction, white hull and decks with self-draining cockpit and non-skid moulded white decks.
