Present Sundeck

Present Sundeck - Priced to sell!

Perfect Keys Liveaboard!

This 1987 Present 38 is an ideal candidate for living aboard in the Keys, cruising the Bahamas, or going around the Great Loop.  Will need bottom paint sooner rather than later and a few other maintenance items.

Great value for a 38\' Trawler.  Don\'t let this great opportunity to own a 50k boat for less than 40 escape you!

Starting forward there is a large V-berth with hanging locker to port and a head to starboard.  Aft of the V-berth we find the galley to port with a nice dinette to starboard.  Up a few steps aft is the spacious salon with lower helm station, new leather couch, new chair, and a flat screen TV.  Below the salon is excellent access to the Ford Lehman engines.

Aft of the salon, down a few steps, is the master cabin with it\'s walkaround centerline queen bed.  There is a large hanging locker to starboard with cupboards to port.  Additional storage is found in numerous drawers.  There is a full electric head with separate shower stall.

Above decks there is a generous sundeck aft with a full hard roof.  A few steps up and forward brings us to the upper helm station with great visibility all around.
