“LIBERTY” may be the most comprehensively equipped Irwin 43 in existence.  Her knowledgeable owner has spared no expense in creating a truly self-sufficient yacht that can live comfortably away from the dock for extended periods.

A partial list of amenities includes new 7.7 Kw generator, 600w wind generator, 400 gal/day watermaker, 1750w inverter, triple battery banks, 3 zone air conditioning, cold plate refrigerator and freezer chests.

For easy single-handing the roller furling main sail and head sail have all control lines lead to the cockpit.  The extensive electronics include color radar, color sonar, color GPS, two autopilots, SSB radio, and more.

And perhaps the most unique feature is the TNT power-lift dingy platform on the yacht’s transom.

The spacious accommodations feature two private en-suite cabins separated by the main salon, galley, and nav station.

The forward cabin features large “V” berths with filler section, a hanging locker and several drawers, and the private head.

The aft cabin features a centerline queen bed, hanging locker and tons of additional storage drawers and lockers, a small settee, makeup vanity, and the private head with tub/shower.

The main salon features an “L” shaped settee with two swivel bucket chairs opposite, a convertible cocktail/dining table, a folding shelf, and lots of storage.

The galley has ample counter and storage space, and in addition to the large double top loading fridge there is a separate equally large freezer chest.

The large navigation station is to port in the passage to the aft cabin (in place of the bunk beds shown in the diagram) with an additional locker housing the watermaker system.
